Depression can feel like your whole world in collapsing. It's as if you are carrying the world on your shoulders and it is crushing you. But it's important to know that you are never alone. You have family, friends and coworkers that can help you, that can make you smile, that can pick you up when you are down. Don't lock yourself in from the world, reach out for support and help.
