I was placed on anti-depression medications, and they improved my condition. This was 2 years ago,and I am still on this medication. Is there a chance I am misdiagnosed with depression and I can now take myself off these medications?

In fact, it's probably the most important step you can take to overcoming and defeating depression. It took me 8 years to finally open up to my doctor, but once I did my life changed around quickly for the better. I am thankful every day that I told my doctor how I felt.
